Autosport was founded in January 2005 by Jonathan Armstrong. Concentrating mainly on Japanese performance cars the Ai Autosport name has become synonymous with quality workmanship and service as well as offering down to earth honest advice to customers. Jonathans own car was one of the first Mitsubishi Evo’s in the country to break the 550bhp barrier More info... Late 2006 Philip Dalgity joined the company, having been one of Ai Autosports many customers and having seen the results achieved with his Mitsubishi Evo VII he jumped at the opportunity to become a partner in Ai Autosport. March 2007 as the company has grown it became clear that Ai Autosport needed new premises as well as a new workshop/shop and state of the art chassis dyno to cater for the increasing number of customers. With this in mind Ai have relocated to a new 2,200sq ft unit located just off the M1 motorway in the Belfast docklands area. More info...
