60mm springs / shocks and spring setup / coilovers? (91 civic)

I am looking for 2 rear 60mm lowering springs for my ed2.

nothing too dear and wanted A.S.A.P

would also consider a full set of shocks and springs, maybe coilovers if they are decent.
