Although the Administrators and Support Administrators of NorthCoastCruisers [NCC] will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages.
All forum postings express the views of the author, and neither the owners of NCC will be held responsible for the content of any message. Any information, and content of a forum posting is the sole responsibility of the user.
Administrators and Support Administrators have the right to modify, and delete all posts on the discussion forums for any reason, and without explanation.
Privacy on NCC is of utmost importance. As such, all information that is provided to us during registration is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties for any reason with the exception of law enforcement officials.
By registering you are agreeing to the following rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in violation of any laws.
Text Speak
Text speak will NOT be tolerated on the forum
There is a full keyboard in front of you, please do not be afraid to use it!
Text Speak makes post difficult to read and creates an immature image of the forum; the majority of us are adults here. Lets keep it looking that way!
Use of text speak will result in a Warning and persistent use could result in a ban.

Spamming Room
The Spamming Room is mostly un-moderated. Offensive content may be found in there, read at your own risk.
Don't be annoying, respect your fellow members. Discussion of piracy, and other illegal activities will not be tolerated, NCC does not condone narcotics or other illegal activities and the discussion of such is strictly prohibited. All posts discussing narcotics or other illegal activities in a positive way will be removed and members involved PM'd. If it continues warnings will be issued.
Marketplace Rules
Private Sales and Paid Sponsors Only!
You may only advertise your business on NCC after purchasing a Banner for your business or prior consent from Admin is gained.
If you are a business, why not buy a banner? We offer VERY affordable advertising rates and a forum for your business which you control.
Contact any of the Admin Staff for details on how this can be done!

Users wishing to sell personal items.
Wholesale Advertisements will be removed and Users advised to Purchase advertising space on NCC.
Stolen goods will not be permitted to be sold on NCC. If understood to be stolen threads containing such goods will be removed. Persistent offenders will be banned and have the authorities informed

All for sale items must have pictures added within one week of being posted on NCC. Threads without pictures will be removed, unless a valid reason is presented.
SPAM in advert threads will be removed without notice.
Auction Type threads are not permitted [ EBay Links etc]
Signatures & Avatars
May not contain commercial advertisement (sponsors exempt)
May not contain racist, sexist, or other derogatory remarks of any sort May only contain workplace friendly images (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
Multiple large images in the signatures are not permitted.
Users with oversized signatures will have them removed and advised accordingly
The NCC Warning System
It works by a moderator or admin issuing a warning and a reason for this warning.
Warnings will only be applied if deserved and enough warnings will result in a ban from the NCC forums
If you have a grievance PM a member of Admin or Support Admin. Please use a modicum of decorum when lodging a grievance, abusive or threatening language will result in more warning and the grievance being ignored
